Tsukikage's never had hope thrown back at him so fast after giving up. He's so scarred by past relationships that he always assumes he's got to give up before he got in the game. The man nearly gets whiplash from how his heart went from wilted to up and alert at Speedwagon's words and he somehow gets a laugh out, though in part it was to match Speedwagon's tone.
