Tsukikage is very much the same, honestly. However, he's bound by his own code and his idea that things need to be done in a certain way. At least, while he doesn't know someone and doesn't know what to think of them...

Ryslig, for all its flaws, at least accepts same-sex couples. There have been even a few same sex marriages... I attended one last year, for instance."
