He does have a tendency to ask everyone and anyone to be part of the family. Ron does have a big heart.
I do think he means uncle in terms of respect and family closeness, and not actually being brothers.
[He hopes that Mitsuhide is only playing, but he can't help but send that serious response. That spot is taken. It's a very special spot in his heart and even after he sends it, Tsukikage finds himself biting his mandibles. Besides Reira, Tsukikage can't even entertain the thought of the very namesake being taken up by someone else. It's always got to be the sun's shadow...]
