But I thought this kindness would be the last one I do for Katsuie. I am going to be somewhere else for a time. Another face will take this face but I will still be here. Confusing? Probably. I merely couldn't stop myself from meddling one last time but that does not take your feelings into account.

Katsuie-san is lucky to have someone like you caring for them, even if it is meddling.
The answer will still be no for now. But if something naturally progresses then I suppose I shouldn't have objections.

I do think he means uncle in terms of respect and family closeness, and not actually being brothers.

It's a very special spot in his heart and even after he sends it, Tsukikage finds himself biting his mandibles. There's a possibility it's neither and Tsukikage is sort of thinking in that direction) but he doesn't question further. It's not necessary at the moment.]
